The wrong question is “Is this person ready for work?” The right question is “Which job, carved how, with what support?” This course is built around that one change.
Twenty hours across five modules and sixteen lessons. Every lesson is written twice — an Easy‑Read layer for self‑advocates and families, and an Academic layer for practitioners, job coaches and NGO staff — in English and हिंदी throughout.
