Open Access & Copyright
Free to read, free to reuse, and the authors keep their rights.
Open Access Policy
PRAGYA -The International Journal of developmental science is a fully open access journal. Every article is freely available from the moment it is published. There is no embargo period, and no requirement to register, subscribe or pay in order to read anything we publish.
Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, provided the author and the original source are properly credited.
This policy conforms to the definition of open access used by the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and to the Budapest Open Access Initiative.
No embargo
Articles are open from the day of publication. Nothing is held back for a subscription period.
No registration
You do not need an account, a login, or an institutional subscription to read any article.
Machine readable
Crawlers and indexing services may harvest our full texts and metadata freely.
Licensing
All articles published in PRAGYA are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.
Under this licence anyone is free to share and adapt the work for any purpose, including commercially, provided appropriate credit is given to the author, a link to the licence is included, and any changes are indicated. The licence is stated on every article page and printed on the first page of every article PDF.
Copyright
Copyright in articles
Authors retain full copyright of their work. Authors grant PRAGYA the right of first publication. They do not transfer or assign copyright to the journal or to the publisher, and they need no permission from us to reuse their own work.
Copyright in the website
Copyright in this website, its design, and its non-article content is held by Manovikas Institute for Higher Education. This is separate from, and does not affect, the copyright in published articles, which rests with the authors.
Because articles are published under CC BY 4.0, no content in PRAGYA is ever released under an "all rights reserved" basis.
Author Self-Archiving
Authors may deposit any version of their article — the preprint, the accepted manuscript, or the final published version — in any institutional or subject repository, or on a personal or departmental website, at any time. No embargo applies.
We ask only that the deposited version links to the article's DOI so that readers can find the version of record.
